Our Community
The Enclave at Registry Ridge is a quiet, luxury, 28 ranch home residential community within the Registry Ridge neighborhood. It represents the "classic Colorado style" residential community, oriented around a central community garden amenity and the six-acre Registry Ridge City Park.
The Enclave is managed by a Homeowners Association.

In April, 2024 the Snowdon entrance to our Common Area was landscaped with native plants and new water saving measures. Be sure to check out the area as these plants are great options for your own landscaping! For a list of the plants, click here. This landscaping was made possible with a matching grant from Northern Water.

The Enclave HOA Board meets monthly. All meetings are open to residents.

The Enclave has a palatte of Sherwin Williams exterior paint colors that have been approved. All residents need approval from the HOA Board to repaint home exteriors.
